The SX1300 adopts the latest SXGA InGaAsDetector technology with 1280×1024 high Resolution, 5μm pixel spacing and extremely high sensitivity in the range of 0.4μm to 1.7μmBand. The camera has a very low Dark current and high Dynamic range, and precise TEC temperature control further reduces the readout Noise. The whole machine has compact structure, stable performance, small Volume, low Power consumption and strong Environmental conversion. It can be widely used in photoelectric task load, scientific research, security monitoring, machine vision, industrial inspection, system integration and other fields.
