NIRII - MS combines NIRII fluorescence imaging technology with traditional fluorescence microscopy technology, and develops a novel NIRII fluorescence forward microscopy imaging system with wide field excitation and array detection, which can achieve optical characterization of NIRII fluorescence probes and imaging of living biological samples and thick biological tissues with large depth and high spatial and temporal resolution. It not only achieves greater imaging depth (> 1.2mm) and higher Resolution(3μm) compared to visible and NIR region I, but also achieves a higher SIGNal-to-noise ratio for NIR region II fluorescence in vivo imaging, and can provide external expansion functions or configurations according to your requirements.
